1.2 A valid sales contract between PHAN HUY and the Customer is established when PHAN HUY formally accepts an order, including partial acceptance. If an order is not accepted, PHAN HUY will notify the Customer promptly. This contract applies solely to the purchase, delivery, and any subsequent rights (e.g., returns, exchanges) related to that specific order.
1.3 By placing an order on the Website (“Order”), the Customer confirms full understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which can be printed or saved for personal reference.
2. PURCHASING PROCESS
2.1 The products offered on the Website are those displayed at the time of order placement, accompanied by detailed descriptions. Images shown on the Website are illustrative only and may not perfectly reflect color, texture, or scale due to lighting, photography, or device differences.
2.2 Orders must be placed through the online form provided, following on-screen instructions. Before finalizing the purchase, Customers are advised to review product details, pricing, and shipping fees carefully.
2.3 Upon receiving an order, PHAN HUY will send an email confirmation summarizing the main product features, price, payment method, and shipping details. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information and reporting any inaccuracies.
2.4 PHAN HUY reserves the right not to process incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable orders. If a product is out of stock or an order cannot be fulfilled, PHAN HUY will notify the Customer via email as soon as possible.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
3.1 Prices listed on the Website are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or other applicable currencies and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed before checkout.

4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
4.1 PHAN HUY ships both domestically and internationally. Products are dispatched to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery fees and estimated time frames are displayed during checkout.
4.2 Deliveries occur during business hours, Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays). Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Vietnam: 1–3 business days
Asia: 2–4 business days
Europe/Americas: 3–7 business days
Delays may occur due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, customs procedures). PHAN HUY is not liable for any indirect losses or damages caused by delivery delays beyond its control.
4.3 Upon delivery, Customers are advised to:
- Inspect the package carefully for damage or tampering.
- Refuse acceptance if the package appears compromised.
- Record a video when unboxing to assist in potential claims.

5. LOGISTICS AND LIABILITY

5.2 If any product is lost or damaged during transit due to courier negligence, PHAN HUY and its partner will coordinate compensation or product replacement in accordance with applicable law.
